Help!! Never have seen the surname DOLAPH (as my g-g-grandma’s name had been written down in past records) so maybe Lucretia Anne Dolaph, is really DOLOPH? Does anyone know anything about either Lucretia Anne (or Anne Lucretia) Dolloff, Dolaph, Doloph, who married a Mr. Harrison Covey back in NY (she- Lucretia was born in Rome, NY circa 1840). They migrated to Sacramento,CA and San Francisco, circa 1860s and had 5 children ….my great-grandma, Caroline Covey, and her sibs, Frank W.Covey; George Covey, Stella Covey, and Laura Covey.
The men all worked for (Calif.) Governor Leland Stanford’s stud farm in Palo Alto, CA for nearly 40yrs. Anyone with ANY INFO on THIS particular family (esp.about Lucretia and HER Dolloff/Dolaph/Doloph,etc. CLAN – please leave a message reply to this one on these boards!
